All FOOD is organic
You need to find out what ORGANIC means before you talk about it
There is no food that is INORGANIC
U are not one of those idiots who think that ORGANIC means NATURAL
Organic means that the food contains Carbon (the main element building block for all living things)
All the Parrots keep repeating that organic food is food that is grown naturally
Just a question: if someone has a garden and uses city water (with all the additives) on the plants are they now inorganic

Portion control is key… even cheesecake isnt fattening if the portion is small enough. ie., if i eat at mcdonalds i order one small hamburger and a cup of water. i maintain a 30″ waist by eating small portions every 2-3 hours and ab work every other day.

eat whatever u like. best way to stay fit is to jump and sway below a hot shower hitting your stomach or back for at leat 700 steps every morning
