But I have seen fat people with “thin” faces. It’s kinda weird.

And they start the deception at the beginning: the “original” photo is not even “real”. Notice how the woman’s face does not change the whole time. That face and that body are not together anywhere on the planet! A woman that fat wouyls have a fat face, also. The whole thing is an exercise in FAKE!
