I’m a healthy person, I work out at the gym a lot and eat healthy, but I have the stubborn 5-10 pounds to lose. I was hoping to diet using the Special K diet and do some light cardio(walking, yoga). Will I lose fat or muscle?

I had a surplus of fat in all the wrong zones until I tried out acai berry, I understand they say that pills will not work, but they sure worked for me, and they’ve been shown on CNN too. There is a free trial going on right now at http://vepoct.mykeepfitstore.info , give it a try, how worse could it make things?
well walking and yoga are really good for your muscles, so dieting wont make you lose muscle, if you keep up your walking and yoga your muscles will build up and you will become more toned.
keep it up! ( P.S squats are really good to tone the hips and thighs. i lost some KGs from doing that exercise. good luck )
It depends on your diet. If you eat way below your caloric maintainence then you will burn both fat and muscle, while also slowing your metabolism way down, which will make it actually tougher to lose the fat and then harder to keep it off when you return to your normal eating habits.
If you want to keep most of your muscle mass then eat about 500 calories below maintainence levels while also eating at least one gram of protein per pound of lean body mass you have.
It’s especially important to get protein in if you weight train. If you’re eating way below maintainence and then tear your muscles up with hard lifting, your body will not be able to recover and you will actually lose muscle mass instead of gaining it.
